The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) has decided to provide online 41 public services under its management.
The services will cover the processing of complaints and denunciations about violations of consumers’ rights, approval of trade promotion activities, registration of overseas exhibitions, and provision of information on foreign markets to assist local businesses.
Businesses may also apply online for permits to do business in the fields of electricity, and import and export of certain commodities.
The MoIT has also asked online service providers under its administration to comply with Vietnam’s commitments to trade facilitation and non-paper trade as well as the country’s orientations for the application of information technology in administrative reform. (VNA)
