Either you can choose to purchase it from your local DIY or home improvement store, you could possibly go to the manufacturer direct or you could if you want try getting it online. So you will need to factor this cost into the total cost when buying yours. Unfortunately, although the flooring may be cheap the labour costs could once again bring the price up over your budget.
